This is an update to the previous "Don't ever buy JK traction bars".

I've used JK's bars for 2100 miles, all the bolts provided to me have snapped! 300 Miles in my breakin, the driver side bolt which fastened the radius rod to the lower control arm snapped. 1000 miles later the same on my passenger side snapped.

At that point I made the aforementioned thread, which JK read and provided me with the saving grace to recieve a package with all new joints, brackets, bolts, and nuts. He told me I would have to wait, because these were high quality parts being shipped from Canada, just for me. After a late arrival (partially due to me for not giving him my address), I realized the nuts didn't fit the bolts. Not only that, one of the two dual-point brackets was welded crooked!

Yesterday, a friend and I installed a new bracket on my passenger side lower control arm. 36 hours later it snaps off and I had to drive the car home some 20 miles with sparks flying on the ground. I withhold my decision that JK has extremely poor quality. Pictures will be here come daylight.

 

Damn, that sucks.
