Default I need some references on some clutches. Step inside please!

Well i drive a 2000 EM1. Im putting my turbo together now. I need to buy a clucth and was hoping someone here had some insight as to what clucth would be good for a daily driver. I want something that would last, but at the same time would now make the muscles in my leg grow. Thanks for your help...

I have a act extreme pressure plate and heavy duty street disc.
the pedal is alot stiffer than stock. but I have installed many act clutches and they have been very reliable for me.

Thanks for the info i read on this clucth and it seem to make sense.

How would any of you rate the ACT flywheels? Are they good? How about the Fidanza ones? Would you have any recommendations...

Centerforce dual friction - hold on at high revs and maintain a stock pedal feel (I know you dont really want that, but in bumper to bumper traffic I thank God i bought that one).

I had an Exedy stage 2 but it just wasn't the best choice for my N/A GSR and with my solid mounts the car would shake like a paint mixer. My left calf is looking pretty sweet though cause of this clutch (had it in the car a year, until a few weeks ago).
