Got spark. Compression. air. fuel and timing is on. i was told it could either be a weak coil. or a bad ecu. any other opinions? 94 civic ex. p28 stock ecu. z6 head

plugs.....................ground out and crank see if they spark

 

when i say spark i mean allthe way to the cylinders.

 

check all your grounds. disconnect them to see if the surface is still good under them, and reconnect. had same problem, fixed a ground, and sanded down the spots where all the others connected, and fired right up.

 

dude are you sure youre getting spark if its abad coil you wont get spark man!!!!!!! think goddamn people on ht need to think bring it down to basic princapals

bad ecu huh really? really bad ecu..........................................why? hmm, you swap out the ecu to see if it is the ecu?

Don't take it so hard from these guys. Give your readinggs. Fuel pressure? How much? These guys need at least 15 psi. to run, Is your cam to crank timing correct. Weak spark is easy to check! Slow down and think, You'll figure it out.

 

does the car turn over? check ur fuses and starter

 

alright ill break it down for u guys. ive got spark i grounded them all out, fuelpressure of 48psi, my time is all on perfect. im not some dumb kid. ive tried everything i kan think of for an engine to start. but still none. ive had 2 mechanics stop by and look at it. its at a shop right now. And did u not see. i get spark all the way to thew cylinders. that MEANS i ahve spark all the waythere. u say im dumb. apparently yur reading aint too good either... ****** ****. ill try sanding down the grounds. and see waht happens. Ive got BLUE spark. so not weak. brand new ngk plugs. EVERYTHING is as it should be. i just dont ****** know. ill let u guys know what the dude at the shop says.
