Default ground question for my civic

i have a 1992 hatchback with a mini me swap in it and now after i did the swap it will not turn over. i also took the dash out and painted it black is there some ground on the ignition that would make it not turnover or somethin or is there something under the dash that would make it not turnover.

it could be many thing's clutch safety switch, the clip for that, the ign...but if you have power going to the starter and it's not turning over then either you motor's locked up or your starters gone....did you try spinning the motor over by hand
