i have a d15b vtec....with skunk 2 intake manifold,62mm throttle body, chikara header,2 1/2" exhaust, 3" short ram intake, msd cap and coil, fuel pressure regulator, 12lb act flywheel, and a centerforce stage 1 dual friction clutch...what do you think would be the best time i could get out of it? yes and i know it depends on the driver but lets say with a good driver.
1: e-slips / e-dynos are not allowed.

thats the best d series motor IMO, I bet your times will make you happy. Just go see what it runs, then boost it!

as if we can tell you what to expect....first of all we would need a COMPLETE mod list, top to bottom with weights, tire and wheel brand, model, size, the figures from your tire balancer, your EXACT driving skills, the EXACT reaction time, you clutch and gas modulation skill set, the elevation, weather conditions, track, position of the sun, driving position, weight, motor age and health, compression test, leakdown test, maintenance schedule, sludge content and your motor's efficiency rating and your car's drag coefficient.....then we could give you an ET within 5 seconds of what you would run...i hope you realise howpointless this thread is.

LoL, I ran 14.7 i.h.e on 110 gas w/ street tires @ MIR in the cold. I ring in at 130 lbs (wet) in a gutted 95 dx civic hatchback! Not to mention a bad clutch. But this is a very pointless thread.
