Default hi.. new here =)

hi, my name is jayden and i currently own a 05 VW GTI 1.8T with APR chip, turboback exhaust, and custom modded airbox. i will be trading it in for a 07 civic lx this weekend because the gas mileage just sucks with the GTI. i'll also be picking up a 07 S2000 in january for a birthday present and weekend car. im very familiar with a bunch of different cars as i have owned quite a few. the list includes 93 MR2 turbo, 02 sentra SE-R, 92 MR2 turbo, 93 MR2 turbo, 94 RX-7 R2, 89 240sx, and 87 porsche 944 turbo. i'm not posting the list of cars i had to brag, but to familiarize everyone with my background. if i have questions, i hope i can get the answers from you guys and vice-versa. thanks everyone!

IF UR GOING TOO SPEND THE MONEY ON THE LX, SPEND THE EXTRA 3K FOR THE SI! SAME **** BUT HAS THE MOST POTENTIAL ON THE PERFORMANCE SIDE WITH THE K-SERIES! AND THE S2K FOR A WEEKEND CAR! I MIGHT BE A NOOB, BUT HAVING AN SI AND A S2K WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE IF UR JUST GETTING CARS FOR UR BIRTHDAY,IT MUST BE NICE

im figuring.. get the lx as a daily because i drive alot on workdays.. my work and school are in totally different directions. id say on average i drive about 200-300 miles a day.. i've had my GTI for a year and a month and have already put 22,000 miles only driving the car for 9 months.. thanks.

big deal, i have only had my SI for 9 months and ive got 13.5k miles.. It gets good mileage IMO... SI 28mixed mpg, DX/LX/EX maybe 34-36mixed? not that big of a diff for the severe difference in the cars.
