okay so after driving my ef around for about 2 months now its eating oil like no tommorrow and I decided that its time to rebuild the motor.

Its a DPFI D15A 91 civic sedan motor. It will need new rings, new pistons and of course all new bearings.

I don't want to spend a lot of money for a winter beater but I do care for my cars and I think I would like to purchase a complete honda engine rebuild kit.

Are there reliable complete kits out there that aren't too overpriced?
