Default Almost SCAMMED on ebay for $1300 for a JRSC Beware, Auction is still active

ebay user name: friscofreeskier
Item: JRSC
Price: $1,300
Auction is still active 140053395283 more details below.
The name on the email account is: SHERMAN HUFFMAN

Well i found an auction on ebay for a JRSC.
I contacted to seller to see if they would take an offer.

They wanted me to send them a western union payment
under a friends name. This is what they said,

I am offering you a way to receive the product before I get my money , even if is a little complicated this payment/shipping method will provide us safety. You will have to deposit the total amount for the supercharger with western union , from your name and address , to one of your best friend(you will use your best friends name for example as receiver's name) name but on my address so I can be able to check that you have the funds and that you are ready to pay. So untill you will have the product in your hands the money will be deposited on your best friend's name at western union agent. As soon as I will check the transfer I will ship the supercharger to you and you can check it out for a few days . If all is OK , you just go at western union and ask them to change the receiver's name into mine and in this way I will also be able to pick up the money and our deal will be closed.

I thought about this and tried to get them to accept a paypal payment but they would not respond.

I went to western Unions website and found this,

A suggestion from a stranger to send money to a friend or relative as a show of “good faith” because legitimate business is not conducted this way. You will be told that, by sending the money in the name of a friend, they will not be able to collect the funds. That is not true. Con artists often use fake identification to pretend to be someone else.

After i read this i sent a confrontation to the user via email and they have not responded since.

The item is a JRSC, looks like an awesome kit
too good to be true. It is listed 3 times, the item #'s are
140053395283
140053395391
and 140053395572

I hope no one gets ripped off. I notified ebay via live chat and they pawned me off to the ebay motors team that is closed right now!!! I could not believe that.

So please beware, You have been warned.
