CIVIC 91 251WHP LS VTEC
For sale is a 1991 Honda Civic DX. Built and tuned by IPD in clifton, new jersey. There are many thousands of dollars in mods to this car and it was built to race. Its got a stage 3 unsprung clutch in it so it can be very tiring to drive in traffic. If your in the racing mood though, this car will more than please you. I've smoked evo mr's, sti's, srt-4's, turbo crx's....the list can go on and on. The shell has about 130,xxx miles but the motor was put in not too long ago. Its fully gutted with basically no interior, no sound system, no ac, no power steering. It has 251 horsepower to the wheels, dyno'ed by ipd, and it weighs practically nothing. Aside from being very fast I think the suspension and braking power are the real beauty of the car. The tranny is a LSD y1 transmission with brand new honda manual tranny fluid. i dont believe it either man. and its my car. that what ipd told me and gave me the dyno sheet. which i still dont believe. but ive pissed all over an evo with a full turboback... a stock sti and a red boosted rex in the area. i was figuring i got around 200whp. when they tuned it they said the aem box supplied them with over 50 more to the wheels.

you guys love ripping people apart. i love it.
im not tryin to lie or false advertise here. i honestly think the numbers were forged, ive seen the dyno sheet and i saw 251 whp, and ive also seen how easy it is to forge numbers on a sheet.
never in my life would i paint a block red, headers yellow, and the valve cover blue. i would never paint anything under the hood or behind my wheels or anywhere. i had a clean as hell crx and in no way made it look gay, thats not what im about. i just figured this was worth more than my crx w/b16 and i need some money.
its got an 84mm bore with all the stuff listed up there-it was built and tuned by IMP in clifton. (not by me) my work wouldnt come out like this at all.
yes i think the number are forged but in my opinion from my *** dyno i can say maybe 220 whp. im not saying its not 251 neither am i saying its not 200. but ive jizzed on an 05 mr evo, a tsi with appr. 230whp, and various other cars of the like. And ive been beat by stis with 300 to the wheels.

From the details you gave us you have a stock head with no major port work and not very aggressive cams and you mentioned nothing about valve train..
Do you even know what CR your running?
It's not pushing 220 whp..
