I plan on upgrading my rear sway bar, (stock GSR 14mm) Is there a big performance difference between the 22mm or 23mm ITR bar?? what would you guys recommend to just stiffen things up and for the occasional autoX?? Sorry if this is a newb question but I have never been in a car with a ITR sway.. so Im just need help deciding..

I assume that you are referring to the 22mm USDM Type-R rear swaybar and the 23mm JDM Type-R rear swaybar. I only have personal experience with the 22mm, but I do know that the 23mm has a torsional increase of 19% over the 22mm. There are a couple of guys over on the Type-R forum which have upgraded to the 23mm JDM swaybar. Some say it is worth it and other say this it wasn't worth it (just what you wanted to hear...right?). For the occasional autox, I would probably lean towards the 22mm.
