e where's my CEL plug

where's the Plug to pull codes at on my 98 lude? I looked behind the radio and I see lots of connectors they are all connected to something and I have no idea which is one it is.

i thought you has to use the obdII plug which i wanna say is behind the ashtray but i could be wrong

passenger side kick panel, it will be blue, it is the service connector i do believe
