hey guys wassupwell as for me my 91 crx si b16a is not starting . .everything turns on when i turn the ignition but when i try to start it , nothing happens it dont start and i just replaced the starter today and it still wont ,when i turn all the lights on the instrument panel are still on and everything works just that when i turn to start its nothing? anyone knoe y?

how do i troubleshoot it?
how do i jump the starter?
