what you do is this:
heat up motor, let car run for a while turn it off. tighten down bolts.
wait for motor to cool retighten bolts
heat up motor again
let cool
tighten bolts
its time consuming but works wonders.
im missing a bolt on my intake manifold and i still dont have any leaks. bolt dropped and got lost some where in the engine bay dunno =P
works for headers too.

sorry i dont have any help to offer, but how does the setup feel? have you ran your car? how did you wire vtec? did you stay with the stock ECU?
thanks
p.s. - which timing belt are you using?

The setup is sweet...stock si bottom and tranny w/92-95si head..stock si 4-1headers off the crx is actually a performance header for the 92-95head...stock crx intake manifold.....use same crx waterpump...the 92-95waterpump is a little too big....whatever year head you use...use the same timing belt and head gasket for it...it's gonna be a tight fit for your timing belt but it will slack up in a couple of weeks...vtec can be triggered by hand switch or msd rpm activator which uses different pills to activate vtec..anyone you use hand switch or msd don't trigger vtec till over 4k rpm....was running stock si ecu but a 89integra is better....one more thing you gotta change out your fuel pressure regulator to the one for the head.....
