i just got a b16a dropped into my 98 Ek......after i get on the motor and get ready to turn the car off i get the arroma of maple syrup....does anyone know what that means....im clueless when it comes to mechanics....thanx

maybe you parked it under a maple tree and it coated your hood with it so when it warms up you start to get the smell of walking into bed bath and beyond....

omg.. i remember something on this radio talk show on npr...

some person asked the same question...

i think it has to do something with coolant in your heater core

or if you had ac.. a leaky evaporator.. or something..

but i could be wrong.. cause i really forget what they talked about on the show.. it was sooo long ago..

btw: i think its called cartalk on npr or something
my dad listens to npr.. so thats how i heard of it.. dude that was like years ago..
