Default Weird Idle when cold!?!

Alright, just dropped a new motor in the accord and upon startup it revs up and down. up to like 3k and then back down. After about 5 minutes of this crap it idles normally. i was thinking IACV so i replaced it and it still does it. Any other ideas? Checked for vacuum leaks and found none. TIA

your sure all the vacuum lines are routed right? I had some messed up and my idle would bounce too, not as wide a range as yours but.

1st Burp the air out of the coolant system, next would be to adjust the cold start fast idle valve

you sould remove the cap that has the 2 philips head screws; then turn in the nylon 'split' screw in a couple turns.
