Default Canadian exhaust bigger than US exhaust?

I own a 2000 Civic Si coupe 5 speed. It is a Canadian Si which is basically an American EX. It has a d16y8. I purchased it from a girl who moved here (SoCal) from Canada and she baught it new up there. Recently i've been looking for an exhaust doughnut gasket that goes between the y pipe and cat. All the ones i've found, including from Honda dealerships, are about 6mm too small. I showed my car to the guys who work at the dealership and they said the manifold is different from theirs. Mine is welded to the flange that bolts to the head instead of being all cast and it looks more like a header than a manifold. Is this pretty standard? Am i going to have to get this gasket from Canada? If someone can hook me up with the part number for that gasket i'd be very appreciative.
