Default K20 in a RHD CRX?

I Have a K20 swap in my garage. And I want to put it into my 90 DX. But I also want to do a Right Hand Drive Conversion But I Want to make sure that the motor will clear the brake booster and master cylinder before i do the RHD conversion. SO Does Anyone know if it will? Or if anyone has a K20 CRX Can You Measure The Distance between the firewall and the motor for me? Many Thanks...

The brake booster will be close to the vtec solenoid, but it should clear fine... I measured allready.

It has been done. This chap has an EE8 from Scotland. With a K20 Swap!

I'll even throw a pic up this time!

while it won't matter to the op, since his is a converted ed, an important note to anyone browsing with an real rhd ef is that the passenger's side frame rail is different, making locating the hasport mount more of a pita. it was described pretty well in the build thread of the car that bart posted, but i can't seem to find the thread.

This is the thread, but I believe you have to be a K20A.org member to view it. If they were K20A.org members, we wouldn't be answering these questions, lol!

Just to add, you will only have that mount issue if its into an ee/ef8 as it was b16 from the factory and mounts different.

In an ed9/ef7 it is the same mounting as your lhd cars.

As is the ef6, but you have work to do in this chassis regarding the carb setup needing converting to fi
