radio block off plate.. can it be used in place of the climate control panel??

radio block off plate.. can it be used in place of the climate control panel??

im not running climate control at all in my car. i searched however no avail.. is it possible to use the block off plate in where the climate control sits?

if not, it would be hard to make your own. just make a template and cut a piece out of a plastic or rubber material.
