yesterday i had to pick up my niece from pre-school,using the civic since the R doesnt have back seats so i cant put a car seat in.i drop her of @ the house and i got ready for work.i decided to use R since it was a such a beautiful day.i left the keys 4 the civic in the table counter that way my sister in-law can take out the car seat. so i got home last night around 11,park the R in the garage and check to see if my inlaw did take out the car seat from the civic. and when i got up this morning around 10 am,went outside to have a coffe and a ciggarette. i noticed the driveway was empty,i rush inside the house and i see my car keys.i already knew that it was stolen since i only have 1 set of keys for that car.and me being lucky dat o took out my keys for the R out of the civic on saturday. hopefully those thief get cought and burn. i have some cloths in the car and some shoes,1 timberland and 2 af1(airforce one)red,grey,white and rasheed wallace edition.
i guess il be driving the R from now on. sucks.

edit: cops called me early this morning and they got me some good news,
she was found in perris. the officer told me it was punched in the ignition(didnt really understood wat he was sayin but i do have a clue)he said the stereo was missing.that unit is stock and it doesnt work coz i had to replace my battery.i lost my radio code so they cant really use it.other thing missing is my 7" dvd monitor located in the in the armrest that i put. that is busted too coz my niece always spilled milk on each time i take them somewhere like chuck e cheese, hopefully they didnt take any of the shoes and some of my clothes were in the trunk. also had a couple of jdm animes in there. ill pick up the car tomorow. im very thankful they found and still driveable

i know,i think the real intention to steal was the R. while driving home tonight i decided to scan the hood to see anything unusual.i just move in this hood to,this is only my 2nd week. hopefullt she would be found in 1 peice.

I have debating on using my R as a daily for a while and selling my civic.... dont think my R would look the way it does if i daily drove it.

 

i daily drive mine...it's not so bad...

It takes away from the personal satisfaction of owning it when you daily drive it.

Like when it was just a weekend fun car it'd be like
"YEAH BITCH, THAT'S MY R!"

Now that i've been driving it to work every day for the last 2 weeks it's like
"yeah, bitch, that's my R, with 130k on it, great"

 

I don't mind daily driving mine. It's made to be driven and if I'm required to drive all over the place, it may as well be in something fun. The new set of RE010's that were just mounted make things even sweeter.

Hell, I'm paying $341 a month (only a few more payments!) and $65 in insurance as it is.

What hood are you livin in?.. I live in that same area code. I keep my shiet on lock down when i'm not drivin it. This area is really big on car theft, i'd really be careful with that car.
