When I hit the brakes my seat belt lights go on Help! :)

Since I got back from the dyno...when I hit my brakes my seatbelt lights on the cluster go one and makes the racket noise...p28 ecu crome tuned...I un plugged the seatbelt sensor same thing...hmm i can't see the chip causing that to glitch somehow?
i had the same problem, but i just did the 88-89 door on my 90-91 style crx. i also tried to plug in the 90-91 seat belts but still got the beeping and my seat belt light on the cluster lights up. and for some reason the door ajar lights up on the cluster everytime i brake also

i will prolly check tomorrow. where is the fuse located for brake lights, under the hood right? or dash?
