Sorry if this is the wronf fourm but I have two ef's So I figured what the hey.
I'd like to tell everyone that I have been F-ed in the *** by robearracing.com and would like to tell you if you have to payout the *** somewhere else instead of buying from them to do it, THE SUCK LARGE DONKEY DICK!
I ordered an Innovative Mounts crossmember on ******* October 15th (which was a sunday so they got the order bright and early monday morning). The sight said it was in stock and ready to ship. Big surprize come to find out four ******* days latter it wasn't but did anyone notify me that it wasn't, and give me the chance to cancel the order? expletive no they ordered it from Innovative and that locked me into their restocking fee, and then told me it was on order after dicking me around for a ******* week and a half. After numorous non-repled calls and emails they post that my order has shipped on November 8th, With a false Ups number. Today I check it And the number now works and states that the ******* thing did not leave on the 8th it left today the ******* 14th. and I won't be getting it until the ******* 20th! So now Im a full mounth Fucked on my car not moving.
So please do what ever you have to not to be had.

WHY DO YOU POST THIS NUMEROUS TIMES ON HT, ONE FORUM IS ENOUGH???????
First, I apologize that you feel this way, but you did get the product you ordered the fastest i could obtain it fron Innovative driectly, with at least 10 calls to them from me directly about this whole situation. Which i did feel neglected on how I was being treated. But this is between me and them. But, our website never says it is in stock or anything of the nature.
We did make a UPS tracking # the day Innovative said they would drop off the crossmember. But due to personal situations from Innovative (which i was told), they could not get it to us that day. After a week of waiting, they finally fill our order, and YOU were the only crossmember we were able to pick up (out of 3 other orders), and this is god honest truth.
I hate to call people out, and I wont get personal with names, but I indeed strive to give the best customer service, and have learned to not lean on manufacturers shoulders for drop-ships and ETA dates. SO from this said..
I DO APOLOGIZE about the wait, and if you call and ask for jdmstylesi, I will personally have a great compensation gift for you.
I do appreciate your business in the first place, and hopefully gain your trust again.

To the OP, hate it happened to you, but it happens sometimes on online orders. BUT, if it was said to be in stock, you can only expect it to be in stock and ship immediately.

Not to be a dick...but its site not sight...and also...ordering online what do you expect...lower prices normally equals crappier service, and im sure you bought this for a cheaper price then if you went to like some performance shop in your town...sorry to hear about it though...but my God...its the internet...

He has even met me at the shop afterhours to get me parts I needed asap. One thing you must remember is that as a retailer you must deal with both ends...the end customer and the manufacturer. Sometimes there are things out of the retailers hands and as you can see he went out of his way to get your part as fast as possible from the manufacturer who was the hold up to begin with. The other thing is WHERE ON THIER WEBSITE DOES IT SAY IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP?

well I worked for modacar.com, and as soon as we knew that something was not ready to ship we gave the customer a call. We didn't bullshit anyone or try to make them keep their order, we simply asked if they wanted to keep their order, change their order, or cancel their order.

after seeing the competitive prices that robear has, they will get my business on a couple of things in my upcoming ls/vtec build, i can assure you that this thread has not swayed me. a good price is a good price, and when i buy things that i don't carry out of a store in my own two hands, i expect NOTHING until it arrives.
at that point, and not anytime before then, will I form any opinion about the company i dealt with.
FWIW: I ordered two jdm b16's off of the yahoo auctions, and waited a healthy 3 months before i had even heard anything, and it was from the canada customs people at the port of Vancouver. so pull the panties out of your ***, attempt that rubix cube of a knot you've managed to twist them into, take a deep breath, count to ten, then swallow your tongue.
the generally impressionable internet-going youth of today don't need you badmouthing a company becasue you magically read that a part was in stock, when clearly, it is not. eat ****.
