B16 into EG...rear bracket problems

OK, so up until this point ive been driving with the 2 lower bolts in the block and i dont think that the engine/tranny were aligned correctly so tonight i got to investigating.

I bought the complete OBD1 swap from Hmotors and im using the factory mounts included.

Is this rear tranny bracket the right one?

Was the car originally an automatic tranny? If so, you need a special transmission mount for the B series engine.

you can use the mount from the eg but the bracket has to be the b series for the rear

Best one to use is a Honda Del Sol DOHC rear L-bracket. I Can't remember the part number from Honda. Sorry, just call up the dealer and ask them for it. Hope this helps
