The upper brakcet support does not line up with the frame support. I wish i had picks to explain but my computer has a virus and cant load some pages if someone can post up the parts list i can give a better explanation.

 

Try rotating it 180 degrees. It looks like it fits one way, but it doesn't. You need to play around with it. It's been a while since I installed mine.

 

Here is the heater accent (don't know what else to call it) for an eg. Is this what you are talking about? Or are you talking dash internals?

Dude, did you even read the title of the thread (picture is of CTR climate control)?

 

I been trying to install it for three days. can someone please post up the parts list so i can explain it better man my computer sucks.


the driver side frame bolt doesnt line up to the upper support. i would have to cut part of the dash in order to make it fit. and even if i cut the dash the console would be off to the driver side

Yes I read, but someone else was trying to ask about installing it into an eg, and it was the closest pic I had at hand.

the left hand part of the bracket doesnt line up with the frame. the fram eneeds to stick out about 2 inch to the left in order to fit .

 

any ideas??

see i can force it in but then the stereo doesnt fit and if i push it to the side the auter part panel will stick out towards the driver side.

 

Do you have the jdm console or the usdm one? There is a difference.

Which side of the ashtray is the cigarette lighter on? If it's on the right you bought the correct console. Of course if it's on the other side you bought the jdm right hand drive one. I made that mistake and maybe you did too.

Uhh, my ashtray is rectagular, not triangular.
