Default looking for some street slicks for my 98 lude

I have a 98 lude and I am looking for some street slicks for the front. I was wanting to know if i could get some help on a few things.
1. What size is good for a 16x6.5 on stock suspension?
2. What brand is best for the money?
3. if i decide to run 15's what is the best size?

Any help and opinions will be appreciated. Thanks.
