hey.. i got headers.. but before i put them on.. how much do i needa torque wrench them? i ordered a new header gasket.. and i'll be putting them on like in a few days... they are dc ceramic 4-2-1 for b16..... any one with advice or help? any tips?? the headers are one piece

 

look in a helms or haynes..torque specs galore. i never had problems just torquing headers by hand as tight as possible tho

 

just to let u know:
i own a cr-v(b20)
im putting on headers off a b16(dc ceramic 4-2-1 onepiece)...
i've "heard" it bolts on no prob.. but the flange needs to be extended in order to bolt up with the cat.... the o2 sensor and everything is the same spot...

 

23 lb-ft on 12mm nuts at head.(nine of them)
and at least two of these

 

Header(s) huh. Well, you are going to run into a few problems trying to install 2.
