1. the 2 screws that hold the front rotor in place?

Forget about them, they're unnecessary and have a tendency to rust or become otherwise stuck, making it more of a chore to remove the rotor.

they are there to keep the rotors on the vehicle during initial assembly only. NOT NEEDED.

I don't think I have them on my car. But I don't drive it enough to even remember.
