Default Short shifter for Ex

For us non-si drivers. Has anyone seen a short shift kit for the Ex or Lx? I feel like I am rowing a boat shifting through the gears.

Ok thanks for the info. The descriptions usually say for si models only. I wasnt sure if they were different or not. Didnt want to spend $70 and an hour or two of time to find out that it didnt work.

well considering the SI has 6 speeds, make sure you get a 5 speed short shifter!

... hahaha

yea like above stated the Comptech should be a good choise. it's 70$ on comptechusa.com

and if you, or anyone else do decide to do it heres a link to the DIY (do it yourself) from 8thcivic.com. it looks fairly easy.

I just ordered my short shifter and new **** from TWM Performance. Cant wait to install the parts and enjoy the non-rowing effect of shifting! I agree with the guy above on it feels right now like Im rowing a boat! The stuff doesnt ship til the middle of May though. Sucks!

Any other suggestions on cool upgrades to make on my 07 EX coupe? Any are welcome!

OK, the SS and new **** from TWM will be here Tuesday! I will post some pics after installation. Anybody installed the TWM SS? Wonder how it will be, I have the instructions from collegehillshonda.com, so I hope that works. I understand that TWM doesnt send instructions.
