ls cylinder head bolts reusable?
Pretty much every time I see head bolts mentioned, the general concenses is to replace them anytime you pull the head. But if you buy ARP head studs, you can use them over without replacing.
That being said, my 92 RS bent a rod during a hydrolock incident, I didn't have any money in the bank except for the new rod I needed. I reused the head bolts, oil pan gasket, and even the head gasket. This happened at 250K miles and now I have 300,500 miles and still pullin hard, leak free, and 32 mpg. So go figure.
If you do buy new head bolts, go for the ARP head studs, and use a new OEM headgasket, don't tempt fate like I did.

You can read that and take it for what its worth. Those are pictures of the honda factory service manual....which I would assume better info then most.
