Default Low suspension - 93 accord

Hi all,
I have a low suspension on my honda accord.
I also noticed that they are adjustable.
They have a DIAL with numbers 1, 2, 3, etc...

Since this car is too low to the ground, how can i adjust the hieght.

Should be wheels off the ground?

Thank you all
Joey

yes you will need to lift the car to take the presure of the springs.wait I'm sorry what has a dial on it ? if it is the stuts , then no that won't adjust the ride hieght.

please don't mess with the dampering valve and ride height if you have absolutly no idea what they do. you can do more harms than good that way.

the dial at the very top of your shock is for stiffness of the shock, not the ride height, if your car is to low get some different springs that wont lower it as much, that or bigger rims if you can fit them.
