Custom header. I think rmf is like 800 bucks and you can probably find euro-R intake manifold for $200. So there ya go. That should boost ur whp a good amount and even more if later on you work on the engine itself.

Or for you next mod you can send that grand to me . Good luck dude

EDIT: Sorry man, I read that you have an H22 not an H23...in that case, i dont think Type S pistons and Cams will do that much of a difference, get some RMF Headers and Euro-R Intake Manifold...and look up some info on getting your head milled...i did it to mine, and i can notice some difference

you could also get TYPE S PISTONS(about $300 shipped on HT), TYPE S CAMS(about $250 shipped on HT) and EURO R INTAKE MANIFOLD(about $200 shipped on HT) all for about 1G and that will give you some nice hp increase from using OEM parts, which saves you a lot of money in tuning, etc.

if you have money left over, take it to a machine shop and get the head milled to increase compression....its only about 80 dollars to do it

300
250
200
80

830

then you could save up another G and get some RMF headers

would you install them yourself? tuning? takes more than just dropping them in there........

i probably would install them myself (or with my father anyway)...i have some pretty comprehensive write-ups/how-to's bookmarked and a helm's. that's how i did my clutch.

and doesn't necessarily need tuning right off the bat.

i dunno, i guess its just me wanting to have the best stuff before i break into the motor.....get the best bolt on's possile while trying to get the most hp out of the stock motor, then moving on to internals once that has been achieved. Thus being able to utilize everything. But i guess its just a different way of eventually accomplishing the same thing. Most people that buy these headers have intentions to go a step farther and atleast get a head build and then be able to take full advantage of a top notch bolt on setup + tune.
