Car drives perfectly fine, until i get to 75mph i notice a slight vibration coming from the front end every couple seconds.. I just replaced tranny, axles, driver side wheel bearing, new drilled/slotted rotors w/ nice pads, new tie rods... An it still does it... I know I have some motor mount issues, but would that cause this specific problem maybe..??

many possibilities
-rims need to be balanced
-something is bent
-alignment is off

I chased a similar problem on my car. After replacing everything that you did plus a few others like having all my wheels checked, replacing tires checking rotor run-out ect. I found a bad lower ball joint. It tested good until you pushed up on the bottom of the tire it would then separate about 1/4".

How long does the vibration last when it is doing it?
My first thoughts are that your rims+tires are not balanced... but fading in and out doesn't really match up.

Jack your car up, and put on jackstands, supporting the front of the vehicle. Now shake the tire and see what kinda of "woggy" you have! If it isn't any of the above mentioned things: then check these... INNER tie rod ends, Rack and Pinnion could be worn, Check strut rods aka radias rods, make sure ALL suspension nuts & bolts are tight. When you do all this report back. Mine had a similiar wobble but only in the excess of 70mph+ and it was inner tie rods. But I went ahead a replaced the whole rack and pinion with an ITR unit.

if it was a bent wheel he would feel it at lower speeds. Higher speed vibrations are typically and most commonly caused by an unbalanced wheel, usually do to wheel weights falling off.
Take it to a tire shop and ensure that the wheels are properly balanced

1. Balance of wheels/tires (which will also rule out a bent rim.

Well i got to checking an as far as Tire Kingdom says, my tires are balanced right an all my lug nuts are tight... And as far as my pesonal inspection nothing looks bent to me... Also I had another question... If it was the Rack an Pinion that had gone bad, wouldnt i be able to tell by delay in the wheel?? Like if i turn my wheel an it takes a second to turn isnt that how u tell if rack n pinion is bad?
