ODBII QUESTION 97GSR BLOCK WITH (which)B16 HEAD.....HELP

OK GUY im doing a poor mans itr and i am planing on puting it in a 2000 honda civic si....Should i buy a odbII b16 head or odbI b16 head... i dont wana run into the problems when it comes to emissions...Also which wire harnest do i use...

dude just swap your b16 head on your gsr block and use the stock harness. it shouls plug back in

i would but im rebuilding an entire motor. and the entire existing motor went in my EG..Does it matter which head it is really.. cant i just change the dizzy that is obd2 on the head for it to work
