92 Accord Timing help PLEASE

Ok, I KNOW that in order to adjust the timing on a odb1 u gotta jump the service connector... NOW is this connector the same one that you hook up the Code reader too?
OR someone else said that its some wire thats up under the glove box by the ECU..
And that u hook up this connector or paper clip then start the car and adjust the timing from there
