v2 intake heat soak problem

Default v2 intake heat soak problem

is there anything i can do to reduce the heat soaking on my v2 intake maybe so heat wrap??? i dont can u guys help me out?? thanks

Heat wrap helps, mainly near the radiator hose.

It's also getting hot air from near the exhaust header, so making a heatshield on that side of the filter would help.

Also, routing a hose from the end of the V2 towards the wheel well will get cooler air. One of the guys on ephatch.com recently did that and got good results (at least on the butt dyno ).
