v2 intake heat soak problem
Heat wrap helps, mainly near the radiator hose.
It's also getting hot air from near the exhaust header, so making a heatshield on that side of the filter would help.
Also, routing a hose from the end of the V2 towards the wheel well will get cooler air. One of the guys on ephatch.com recently did that and got good results (at least on the butt dyno
).
