and if the supercharger belt breaks can i still drive the car to go and get another belt of am i S O L

That is a really vague question.

The duration of something like a turbo or supercharger lasting has tons of variables. (i.e How hard you drive it, what type of driving you're doing with it, etc)

Just make sure you change the supercharger oil - use the GM stuff - every once in a while and you should be ok. The one in my prelude lasted over 60k (km) and still ran strong when I sold it.

If the belt breaks, you can still drive, you just won't have boost until you replace it. Air can still get through the blower rotors just like any intake manifold.

60k means 60,000. and the (km) was the units.
