anybody know anything about vss?
I need a new vss for my car it has a 94 gsr transmission. can I get the vss from a 99 gsr and use that or will it not work. the vss looks the same to me

I'd say yes..but one's OBD-I and the other's OBD-II so I don't know if that'll impact it...I think it'll be fine, but who knows

I don't think they changed the voltage of the sensor...but ya never know, maybe they did, somebody else'll know I'm sure...

The VSS is not affected by OBD revision. '94-01 Integra (all trim levels) has a single VSS part number (78410-ST7-003).
This belongs in the Integra forum, not the Civic forum.

By your logic, if I were working on a small block Chevrolet V8 and drivetrain swapped into an RX7, I'd be asking engine questions on the RX7 forum.
