Default Driveshaft spin at idle

I just finished up a clutch install, then started the car on jackstands to make sure everything was ok. At idle and in neutral I noticed that the passenger side axle spins a little bit. Is it normal for the axle to be spinning a little bit even though the car is in neutral?

I saw the same thing on the driver side after timing belt replacemen, didn't pay attention on the pass side.
