97 prelude SH performance upgrade????
I want to go JDM type S cams...JDM type S piston.. i want my car to be Smog Legal and also keep my ATTS...what ecu can i buy for my application??????? ANY SUGGESTION GUY ..............
im using the USDM ECU right now...if i went for the Type S cams, piston?????? what ECU should i USE??? Cause i want to keep my ATTS............

So i can convert to OBD I to have a tunable ECU.....seens the ATTS have separate ECU i dont worry about losing my ATTS then right??? or Wrong?????

wrong. It may be a seperate from the ECU but it needs the Type SH ecu to function.

You have just about two options for new OTS parts
VAFC
Greddy Emanage Ultimate
keep your stock P5M ecu and use those for your tuning. If you want decent power upgrades across the board you can make them with your stock valvetrain and the Type S parts....I would suggest since you are doing alot of head and block work already to spend the extra money and go with valves, valve springs and retainers, and go with a bigger cam if you plan on tuning....but thats my .02

Research more before posting again, you dont have a clue. The type - S ecu wont be smog legal, none of the type-s gear will be smog legal either. If you are really worried about being legal its got to be CARBed with a sticker and number. You might be able to pass the sniffer test with that gear, but in a real inspection by a referee you would fail.
just because it says spoon doesnt mean it is better....and to top it off its for a civic. You may be able to get away with it....so go right ahead, but be forwarned. I dont condone doing that
