NEED HELP FIXING ELD CODE 20 ON MY 97 DX!!
I'm throwing a code 20 on my car. The electrical Load Detector. I replaced the dizzy and the alternator and my car still flinkers and rpms going crazy. Need some help.

Sounds like the white alternator wire is grounding at the passenger strut tower. Follow the wire from the underhood fuse box to the alternator. Most likely it has rubbed through the insulation on the wire, and is grounding itself to the chasis.
This has happened to me on 3 cars.
