d16y8 + jdm d15b head

I have a stock d16y8. Will putting a jdm D15b cylinder head on it give me any more power? Will it raise the compression?

it's not worth the time. and you'll lose compression and run into timing issues.

D15b head is same casting as a d16z6 which is P08. However the JDM one has a more agressive cam. Your choice.

D16z6/JDM D15B Head=Less compression, good valve angle, better flow due to circle shape combustion chamber.

D16y8=More compression, decent valve angle, less flow but combustion chamber similar to F1 cars.
