I need to know how to adjust the radius rods on the Full Race traction bars. I looked on their website, but it is less than helpful.

I have them on my CRX, and when you accelerate from a stop there is alot of movement/noise in the front end. Also the nuts seem to want to come loose often. I'm going to the track tomorrow, but I want to get the traction bars set right before I go.
