From: I see what you did there.
I bought some new wiper blades, and in my haste to install them and get the expletive away from Autozone, I must have thrown away my alcohol wipe.
So what is the best solution to prep wiper blades?
Rain-X (denatured alcohol) or 91% Isopropl Alcohol?

Well ... the graphite is coming off on my windows. I've had the wipers for two weeks, and they're sputtering, and leaving marks.

I only recommend OEM Honda blades. The rubber inserts are replaceable and inexpensive (less than $5 apiece) - much cheaper than replacing the entire blade. Fresh Honda inserts are excellent.

I may have to pick that up. It's wierd that these blades just crapped out. I've had good luck with Anco's before .... but these didn't even last a month

My experience with Bosch blades has been much less than satisfactory.
I have never regretted switching back to Honda blades and inserts.

I get my new ones at Wal Mart. $2.18 for an entire wiper (blade and arm) can't be beat. Been running this set on my EX for about 6 months now. Work just as good as when they were put on new.

they are about $3-4 in my local store. those things are hot because i got the last 20". had to dig through the pile just to find it, stupid employees just left a big pile on the rack all unorganized.
Yeah I have always used the Honda blades with inserts. Just replaced mine today and they are excellent. Costs about 10 bucks total for the front and rear blades so it's cheap to replace each year.
