vertiocle line streaks.
i currently have this problem rigth now, ive had my car tinted about 2 months

i have the coupe 06 accord and i started seeing verticle lines after the first week of tint being installed, i didnt roll down the windows for a week after it was put on, as specified by installer.

but now im seeing streaks and lines from top to bottom of my window, and sometimes i hear a louder whistle type scratch noise when going up or down with the window, driver side, sometimes passenger too.

so since i have a lifetime warrenty aswell, and its the car manufacturers fault the tint is being scratched, will the tint installers repair the damage?

 

they should remove and install and new tint film on the windows as required!

 

you should make the film installer aware of the problem, and they should repair it. I would ask if there is any different type of felt gasket, or anything they can add to the rubber strip on the inside of the door panel. I know some film installers will put an adhesive stripe of felt along the inside of the door panel. I know this is a common problem with a lot of dodges. it is a particular problem when sand or other types of contamination get in the doorpanel.
