rattles in the shifter

rattles in the shifter
I changed to a short throw shifter about a year and a half it used to rattle because of the engine vibrations but I thigtend the bolts and put thread lock on the bolt. well it has started rattling again and the bolt on the shifter is still tight. what can I do to fix this rattle. the car is 99 civic si.
