99 honda civic ex shakes when accelerating! Help!

My honda has been running fine, got about 96k miles on it. Now when i am at a stop and try to accelerate the car shakes alot and accelerates very slowly. Anyone else have this problem??? How do you fix it?

under load means axles. 90% of the time

is it miss firing?
