Default need help!!! 1999 honda civic EX
I have a 99 civic ex. it revs up and down and then it stays at 9000rpm. it sounds like the car is having trouble breathing and also sounds rough. if anyone had this problem or knows whats going on, can anyone help me out with this problem????

9000 rpm or 900 rpm? Is this an idle issue?
