Default Accord Euro-R Steering wheel into EK questions

Hi everyone,

I need a small, effective (tougei + trackdays) and discrete (cops suck in my country) airbag steering wheel for my EK3.

Until now my only option was the CTR wheel but I don't really like the red logo. My car looks like a stock JDM SiR and I want to keep it that way.
I'm not fond of the Type R look at all.

And then... I found this beautiful Accord Euro-R steering wheel. "This is what need", I thought to myself!

But some questions are in order!

1. Is this the same size as the EK9 wheel?
2. Is it plug and play like the EK9 wheel?

Thanks everyone for your input!

Best regards,
Rui Meireles

What does the spline on the back of the wheel look like? If the groove on the back is vertical, it will fit and the airbag will work. Have you considered an S2000 wheel?

Unfortunately, the person on Yahoo auctions Japan doesn't have a photo of the back of the steering wheel. I will have to wait for another auction.

So basically I need something like this, right?

So the S2000 wheel is a plug and play affair? I wonder if it wouldn't look out of place in a Civic.

The S2K wheel looks nice in a Civic, and yes it is plug and play.

That's exactly how the rear spline should look.
