OK so searching through the suspension forum is not really helping me very much. Lots of great info but too much to try and sort through! OK to keep this short, I get my civic out of the body shop this month and want to work on the suspension setup.

I've read a few snippets of people really not liking Tein and Omni Power setups and I'm confused because I always thought they were great companies. In any event this car is just going to be used for daily driving. Engine is staying stock (maybe a ZC swap) and I'd like it to close the gap for 15" wheels (I'm guessing 1.5" will do it nicely). Also I'm trying to stay budget minded with the setup as I don't want to dump a lot of money into this car.

89 civic (stock engine/zc possibly)
daily driver (work / basic commuting / no autox or drag)
1.5" drop
budget minded (under $1000=good, around $500=better, under $500=unbelieveable!)
