To elaborate on that, well just say sometimes or somedays dampening will work; when it work it's smooth, when it doesn't the car feels like crap. I have the shock and spring combo if u must ask.

I'll tell you what I think about drop zones:

THEY SUCK!!! I am replacing them... they sagged A LOT. Seriously, its not even funny. TOO STIFF, hit a ditch and DIE. I got TEIN S-Techs and OMG. The difference is superb.

hope it helps. My advice: Spend 20/30 bucks more and u'll get springs 20 times better.

my friend has the drop zone shocks on his car matched with i forget what springs, and the ride quality was pretty good and it handles fairly well on the canyons...

This is another one of those items you think is good till you get the real thing. Might as well buy OBX coilovers...oh wait those were discontinued because they SUCKED!! As do dropzone shocks.

had dropzone struts and coilovers on my beater for a year as a cheap fix to pass inspection. after a year i noticed the struts starting to leak so i ended up getting rid of them. btw the ride was pretty harsh and the car wasn't slammed or lowered that much since it was my daily. hope that helps
