Default after my car cools down.

it has no throttle response til i let it sit and idle for about 5 minutes. i blew my b16a2 in my 00 si and swapped in a obd1 b16a and changed the injector clips and put on a skunk2 jumper harness and distributor. i talked to one guy yesterday and he was saying that i needed to put the obd1 dizzy on so the injectors would run right. something about the timing and fuel delivery coming from the dizzy. could this be my problem or do you guys have any suggestions? thank you. i been dealing with this problem for about 3 months now and noone has been able to fix it in town.

i put in the obd1 b16a and i changed alternators and injector clips. i left the dizzy obd2. im running a chipped p28 but ive tried changing ecus countless times. when i plug in the obd2 p2t it runs fine but throws codes of misfiring and the obd1 b16 doesnt have a crank angle sensor.
